Implementation & Site Testing

We, in an information technology context, refer to Implementation Services as encompassing all post-sales processes to guide the Customer from the purchase to the use of the Platform and, if applicable, the complementary hardware and infrastructure services that may have been contracted. Includes services such as analysis of requirements, installation, configuration, customization, testing, system integrations, delivery and necessary changes. To implement a Platform successfully, the interrelated tasks need to be performed in an appropriate sequence and supervised by a project manager using appropriate management methodologies. The use of a proven methodology and the recruitment of professional advice can help, but it is often the number of tasks, poor planning and inadequate resources that cause problems with a project, and not one of the tasks being particularly difficult.
Likewise, with cultural issues, it's often the lack of proper consultation and two-way communication that inhibits the achievement of the desired results.
Our software Platforms follow installation procedures that are needed before can be used for their main purpose. Testing these procedures to obtain a success installed Platform is a major.
Testing may find errors that occur in the installation that affect the User's perception and capability to operate the Platform.
Some examples of tests:
A user must select a variety of options;
Dependent files and libraries must be allocated, loaded or located;
Valid hardware configurations must be present;
The Platform may need connectivity to connect to other software systems.

Development

We craft the development of new Platforms or additional Modules for the already existing ones by request of the Market or to fulfill a Customer specif need.
As a first step, we listen the Customer / Market "Story", to initiate the our process with the Develop Team.
The software development methodology, used by the Develop Team, is based in a framework choose among the best suited to specific kind of project, focused on various technical, organizational, project and team considerations.
The majority of the methodologies share some combinations of the following stages of software development:    Analyze of the "History";

   Gathering requirements;

Training

We conceived Training Courses for each specific Platform, to deliver to the different users, the operation skills and technical knowledge, adapted in function of the multiple existing profiles, in each one.
The Courses are provided preferentially on the Customer site facilities using their working Platform or alternatively, thru proper tools directed to a remote environment similar to the installed one.
We realize that today's world is very demanding regarding mainly, the Welfare and Health Markets.
Due to, we dispose courses in accordance with customers’ shift and day requirements.
